Worked with Lisa on the internet for pricing and she was great! After getting solid prices from her online, I set up an appointment to come to the showrrom. Thomas did a great job in delivering our new Honda Accord to us and also explained the car in detail upon delivery. My credit was very good but due to other circumstances, I had to add my wife as a co-applicant. Harschal, the manager, called me the day before to take care of the credit details. The great part was that they didn't wait for me to get into the dealership to start to explain that my loan would be higher and then start the game once I was there. They made certain that all was approved and finalized prior to us going to the showroom. I travelled from Brooklyn NY to Paramus NJ, about a 40 minute ride but it was well worth it. The car dealers in Brooklyn were not clear on pricing and they wanted me to go in to "discuss the deal with the manager". When I questioned their price, one of the Brooklyn internet sales people replied " what do you want, you want the car for nothing?" Unfortunately, this is typical of many NYC dealerships, which as a result, mostly have "F" ratings with the BBB. Not here. Everything was above board. The dealership has friendly people working there and Harschal, the manager, was just super. I must say that Lisa was instrumental in my getting the car from Paramus Honda so she really should get the most credit. Thanks, DCH Paramus Honda, for a great experience! I never experienced such a smooth car leasing transaction from start to finish. More

I went to this dealer knowing that Honda Civic sticker prices were higher than the competitors. I met "Little Joe" and he was persistent in trying to see how much I could afford.
