Everyone at the dealership was very friendly upfront, but the atmosphere immediately changed once price discussion got underway. Both the salesman and the man he introduced as his manager were very pushy and aggressive, and made me feel rushed. Although I was told the mechanic for the dealership had OK'ed the car, my mechanic found numerous flaws adding to a quite substantial repair bill. At this point in the process I discovered the lack of true customer service at this organization. They talked a lot about being proud of their customer service, but when it came time to address my concerns about a refund, I found I could not be put through to any responsible person; I was left on hold and transferred around, and told that the person I needed to speak to had gone home for the day (conveniently). None of the admin staff ever called me back and my salesman was still trying to pitch the car to me when I went to have my deposit refund processed. This place works on high volume and it shows; if you want time and personal attention, or have any need for customer service, go elsewhere. I was shopping for a pre-owned vehicle, so it's possible customers for new cars get a better reception, but to me that is not an endorsement. Save yourself the stress. More

We are loyal Honda owners and it was time to look into trading in our 2004 Civic for a new model. After a less-than-satisfactory visit to a dealer closer to home, we were tipped off about the superior qu trading in our 2004 Civic for a new model. After a less-than-satisfactory visit to a dealer closer to home, we were tipped off about the superior quality of service at DCH Paramus Honda. We acted on the suggestion to visit and could NOT be more pleased we did!!! The floor manager, Barry Magnus, came down to greet us. We had no appointment and he had an imminent meeting but took the time to help us personally. We told him what model we were interested in and what general terms we were hoping for. He listened and with the utmost professionalism laid out a deal that we found VERY favorable. NO GAMES. NO POSTURING. Just "this is the deal you asked for, this is what we can do". A businessman treating us like valued clients. He assigned us to Rafael Ramos, a salesman on the floor, to attend to the details of the purchase and trade-in. Again, we were treated professionally, genially and respectfully. The exact model we wanted had to be located and shipped. We were kept up to date and within 2 days had our new 2010 FIT, which has been a great car. I mived from Westchester County in NY almost 3 years ago and kept going to White Plains Honda because I was comfortable there. I knew about DCH Paramus Honda but found it difficult to get there. However, since it is closer to me ( I loive in river Edge, NJ) I decided to do a GPS and found it easily. Boy am I glad I did. It saved me a toll for the Tsappan Zee Bridge and a 40 minuite drive. I was in for a scheduled maintenance and found the service to be friendly and efficient. I was out in 40 minutes and was treated well. More

From the moment I walked in everybody asked if I was being helped and was very attentive to my needs and wishes and they all seemed very approachable. Once I informed them of the vehicle I was intereste being helped and was very attentive to my needs and wishes and they all seemed very approachable. Once I informed them of the vehicle I was interested in it was brought out to me warmed up and ready for a test drive. I did not feel pressured into making a purchase and that was a very good feeling because i hate nothing more than pushy sales people. Michael and Jonathan were both very helpful in making sure I stayed in my budget, extremely friendly, and made sure that all my questions were answered before i left. My experiance was perfect. Hamlet worked with me, even with my delay's. He did not pressure me into a vehicle. This was probably the least stressful experience I have had with any car dealer. We had a situation where we forgot the down payment check at home and Gareth after talk and we would recommand Gareth Crosdale to another buyer. We purchased our new Honda Odyssey from Christina at Paramus. They gave us a very hard time in getting the registration. One day she would say that the plates have arrived and that she has mailed, but v Paramus. They gave us a very hard time in getting the registration. One day she would say that the plates have arrived and that she has mailed, but very next day she would say they havent received the plates. Then she confirmed that she gave an incorrect VIN number. My husband had to follow up for almost a month in getting the car registered. There were many more such instances with her. She is just a big liar. Please do not get your car from her. Also, at the end of the deal, inspite of all this, she forced us to give her a 5-star rating. she made our entire car buying experience a disaster for her. More
