I feel that my overall experience with this dealership was really good. The only thing is they weren't very explicit about some of the cosmetic dings I found the car had once it arrived. So my only suggestion for improvement would be to provide more detailed pictures and descriptions of things that are wrong with the vehicles for sale in the future. Otherwise, everything was great and overall, it was a very good experience. Thank you! More

The salesman I dealt with named Yohan came off young, unprofessional, and very unaccomodating. I was there no longer than ten minutes. He spoke quickly, more like rambled, did not seem interested in my n unprofessional, and very unaccomodating. I was there no longer than ten minutes. He spoke quickly, more like rambled, did not seem interested in my needs, barely allowed me to speak and answered phone calls during our appointment. He came across as a "know it all" rather than knowledgable. Much better service at Garden State Honda in Passaic. More knowledgable, patient and accomodating salesman named Charlie. Yohan could learn a thing or two from him! After receiving an apology from the sales manager Patel and being given a more courteous salesman, Mel, my experience was much more informative as well as helpful when Mel explored my options with me working within my budget. He really put the time into helping me figure out what I could afford and worked the numbers out to make it easier for me. This dealership would benefit from having more professional salesmen like Mel employed rather than risk losing business having ones like Yohan around. More

The sales department stood by their promises, both written and verbal. Standing by the verbal agreements was very refreshing in todays market place. It wasn't until Mr. Magnus got involved that I had a fair experience. Mr. Patel and Mr. Lister played the bait and switch game changing the car price every time I went to visit.
