However, prior to our appointment with Mr. Hurley, we had called the dealership and were given a price quote (by someone else; Jerrod Hurley was not available at the time). My husband specifically asked for a quote that would include ALL fees (except taxes and registration) and advised that we did not want any surprises. Surprise! Additional fees were added and the management - as well as the person who gave us the original quote - would not negotiate. We felt that they were condescending (they advised we should have known these additional fees would be added) and unprofessional. We recommend anyone interested in using this dealership, contact Jerrod Hurley (or other sales personnel - not management - or the "internet" sales person)for assistance. More

I went back to DCH bright and early Monday morning, and found out Joe was unable to make it to work that day. Georgia made a call and introduced me to Jean Castor, who was a delight to work with. We found the car I wanted, and we finished the deal. He knew I had to get to work, so he made sure the paperwork was expedited, helped me notify my insurance company, and even informed Eric Thomas, the finance manager, that my time was limited. Eric was efficient, quick, and an all-around nice guy. I had commented to Jean that my tire sensor had gone off in my current vehicle. While I was meeting with Eric, Jean had my tire inflated to the correct pressure. He even took time to show me the easiest way to get on the highway in the direction I needed to go. Now that's what I call service. I picked up the Civic later that evening, and Jean explained it in detail. There was a full tank of gas.
