I loved this dealership!! My family and I have purchased/leased a few vehicles from nearby dealerships... and DCH Honda in Paramus was by far the best dealership I have dealt with thusfar. We were greeted with a smile by Georgia at the front desk, and were checked up on throughout our purchase by CJ the sales manager to make sure we were happy. They gave us a GREAT deal and accomodated my requests in finding the perfect car. Pete showed me a few cars, gave me a few options and prices and helped me decide on the perfect car, which ended up being the Honda Accord. It is one of the best cars I've driven for it's price! Everyone at the dealership went out of their way to help us, explain the car's features and the loan financing process. They made the process painless and didn't give the feeling we were dealing with the "old time car salesmen" that pull all sorts of tricks and bump everything up. It was a real pleasure dealing with this dealership, which by the way was full of customers when we first went there; and that many potenetial customers can't be wrong. I had a great experience at DCH Paramus Honda. Our sales rep, Joe Casciari, was very knowledgible and accommodating to our needs. The only negative part of the visit was the down time in between the actual sale and the finalization of paperwork with the financing department. As for Honda, I don't understand how they can advertise the Honda Pilot as an 8 passenger vehicle and not supply a simple floor mat for the last row of seats on a $36,000+ car. Now I have to purchase a $50 mat for a car that is so well equipped in every other way. Robert J. Marini More

We first dealt with Paramus Honda in 2004 when we bought a pre-owned Accord. We were so impressed with the car and the Dealership that in 2007 we leased a new one.
