Within about 2 hours I had purchased my car and before I knew it, one of the salesmen was following me home to deliver it right to my door. You should have higher numbers in your survey because they went above and beyond anything that I have heard of. When I told people about it, they couldn't believe it. Usually we've had to wait 2-3 days from the time of putting down a deposit and then picking up the vehicle. I would HIGHLY recommend Paramus Honda. More

However, prior to our appointment with Mr. Hurley, we had called the dealership and were given a price quote (by someone else; Jerrod Hurley was not available at the time). My husband specifically asked for a quote that would include ALL fees (except taxes and registration) and advised that we did not want any surprises. Surprise! Additional fees were added and the management - as well as the person who gave us the original quote - would not negotiate. We felt that they were condescending (they advised we should have known these additional fees would be added) and unprofessional. We recommend anyone interested in using this dealership, contact Jerrod Hurley (or other sales personnel - not management - or the "internet" sales person)for assistance. More
