Gerard J. is a very patient sales person and I would recommend my friends to Gerard if they are shopping for a Honda. My only disappointment with Honda personnel was the cleaning crew. Because it was dark out when our CRV was delivered to us, we did not notice how 'dirty' the back seats were until the next morning on Jan 1, 2010 and the dealership was closed. We ended up cleaning our new car before we could accomodate passengers. Overall, a score of 0 for the cleaning crew and a high 9 for Gerard Juszczak. More
