DCH Paramus Honda

This is my second time buying rom DCH Honda and I'll have to admit that i got lucky with each salesperson i was appointed. With my recent vist, my salesperson was John Medrano, and I'll tell you this, he'll to admit that i got lucky with each salesperson i was appointed. If you can get him as a salesman, I'd say stay with him all the way. His personality and attitude during and after my sale is more than exemplary for the saleperson profession. I've told all my family and friends about John, and to go to him if they buy a new car, and I hope any of you that decide to buy at DCH Paramus Honda should request John Medrano by all means. This is my third honda and the second from this dealership/salesperson. They are honest, direct, and accommodating. We knew the model and color we wanted and it was in-stock. I expect some price negotiation when buying a car but I do not like 'high pressure' nor bait and switch as I have found with other dealerships in the past. DCH does NOT do these things ! I met with Leon several times to discuss the purchase of a new car. After speaking with him, Leon knew exactly what I wanted and took the time to explain my options to me and what would be possible to best a new car. I went back about a week later with my mom to make a purchase, however, I was still unsure about what I wanted. I test-drove two cars and, of course, wanted the more expensive one even though it was out of my league. After talking with my mom and Leon, the manager, Keith came over to meet with us as well. Keith explained, and validated, what Leon told us and after sitting there for a few hours and figuring out what best fit what I wanted, and was also in my price range, I bought the new 2010 Honda Accord. I have had the car for a little over a week now and I am so happy with it!! I bought my first car at DCH Paramus Honda and my mom bought her last car there. Honestly, that is the only Honda place I would go back to and would definitely reccommend to my friends and family. Leon was very helpful and very friendly, and have to add patient, with me.
