I was in this Honda dealership about a month ago and was turned off at first because of the employee I was working with. He was very quick to tell me I wouldn't get the car I was looking for in the price r turned off at first because of the employee I was working with. There wasn't much explained to me in "simple terms" and it was very hard to understand him because of this. He seemed quick to get a sale or get us out. Luckily, this experience was much better!!! This time I walked in, and Georgia immediately gave us a very nice dealer who explained everything perfectly to me and then he set me up with Harshal Patel because I was turning in a lease. Harshal was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly and made the whole experience much easier and pleasant. He was willing to do anything that was asked and was upfront and honest with all of the details and he was willing to devote all of his time to us, even if there was a possibility of me walking out of there without a purchase.
