Several weeks ago my wife and I bought a 2018 Legacy for our son. I have to say that we were very impressed with their professionalism. Everything he said that dealership would do for the car happened. I would like to praise Sonya for making sure that we were happy with the purchase of the car. In my opinion she is an excellent ambassador for the dealership. Her and I had an extensive conversation about various topics. I was most impressed with her warmth, intelligence, down to earth personality, sense of humor, and honesty. I purchased an Outback Wilderness. Some dealers were marking these cars up with a FEE "Irvine Subaru" was charging $10,000 mark-up just because and others from $2,000 to $5,000. DCH was fair and honest and actually gave me a $500 credit back, if it was not for online investigation to all different dealers I would have never known. This particular package had more than the other dealers and still fair!! In this day and age it's very nice to find a dealer that is NOT trying to take advantage of the consumer and work with you!! The Kelly Blue Book trade I was not happy with their online value even when you are honest with all that is wrong the value from the dealer is not a true number, they took $2,851 off the low price and it was below the actual lowest price of the scale of $10,000 of KBB. Do not trust the online value it's way off! Alex the Salesman was honest on everything. I would have liked some additional instruction on creature features and the workings of the phone and data management, instead of just play with it to figure it out. All in all it was a very easy and stress free purchase. More

The absolute most amazing experience EVER! I had been researching vehicles for MONTHS and finally decided on an Outback. I looked online at dealerships that were closer to me, but wasn’t impressed with t researching vehicles for MONTHS and finally decided on an Outback. I looked online at dealerships that were closer to me, but wasn’t impressed with the inventory. Found the exact one I wanted at this location. I put in an inquiry and had a call within the hour from Cesar. I told him I was extremely nervous, as I had never purchased a BRAND NEW car. I’ve had plenty of used. He totally put me at ease. I sent him pictures of my trade-in and he got back to me with a great offer and payment plan. THEN he offered to bring me the car and the paperwork since I was so far!!! What?!?! It was perfect!!! I highly doubt I would have gotten this level of service anywhere else! Oh! And before the car was even delivered I had already been sent links to the Subaru and the Starlink apps! I was literally able to track where my car was on the route to my house! I feel so happy with my choice of dealership and purchase. More
