I would give NO stars if I could! This place is nothing but a rip off, turn over house, with no care about their customers and no clue how to sell a car. Matthew Kraft is absolutely clueless and needs to check with his "manager" for every move he makes. Some training would possibly help him, but maybe not. While I was trying to make a deal through texts and emails, they sold the car I was interested in out from under me! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I sold cars for many years and I can tell you this outfit is OLD school. Turn em over until they collapse and then move to the next unsuspecting victim. I agree with the review on this page.."Typical dealer nonsense.." lure in victims, turn them over and try to rip them off. SHAMELESS!!!! Buy a car ANYWHERE but here! More
