Don’t do business with this dealership deceiving straight liars. I have done business with Subaru of Glendale, Subaru San Bernardino and Timmons Subaru never had an issue gave them an opportunity since they liars. This is the worst dealership of them all 0 stars if that was a option. We reserved a car early May and my credit and wife’s credit were checked a deal was made I have evidence. We put a deposit on the car to reserve it no problem. We get a call the car arrives early we are excited. Sales rep makes us sign paperwork again I specifically asked if our credit was going to be run again he said no. I was concerned for another inquiry made on my credit. While he is asking for more documents I am getting emails from credit agencies that my credit is being ran. At that point nothing is going right. Point is when we came to pick up the car nothing that was promised and quoted on paper actually happened we had to walk out. When asked for our refundable deposit sales rep told us it would be returned in a couple days via bank transfer. Asked to speak to the manager that guy was no help either blaming the whole situation on us they didn’t do anything wrong “of course” when asked about the deposit he said we would be getting a check in the mail in 7-10 days. This place is dishonest and are quick to collect money and upsell not by hundreds but thousands. Make promises they cannot fulfill go elsewhere save yourself the hours wasted, money, and dings on your credit. More

Hiroshi was truly wonderful and understood my schedule was hectic. Being a single mom I have little time and he was very accommodating. Answered all my questions in a timely manner. In person he was just as polite and kind. My daughter got to see my new a Forrester Sport for the first time and thought he was a super hero for delivering it! Thanks for being a blessing to us. I have had my 2021 Forester for one year. I have been to the service department twice now for a 6 month and one year check up. Paul was very helpful in keeping me posted about the findings found in my towed in Crosstrek. He sent me home and called with several updates with what was happening with my car. I really appreciated his keeping me updated and then sending a Lufthansa to bring me back to the dealership. More
My specialty service was done in just about half the time quoted, and the results were quite good. I'm impressed with DCH Subaru auto service. The only downside of the visit was the fact that there was no quoted, and the results were quite good. I'm impressed with DCH Subaru auto service.
