Purchased my first Toyota vehicle in May 2009, and it was already time for the 5000k checkup! As I live close to this Toyota dealership, it was my first choice for service. The customer service that I received at DCH Toyota of Torrance was very good. The salesman that I worked with, William Vas, was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. First, his affable nature made the time spent at the dealership pleasant. Next, he made good suggestions as to my vehicle needs, and they were in line with my family's current needs. To add to that, he really knew the product, a 2010 Toyota Camry. He was able to show me new aspects of the Camry that I had not known before. Finally, he was able to allow me to feel comfortable by offering me a Diet Coke. Therefore, I would definitely suggest DCH Toyota of Torrance to my friends and acquaintances. More

Neither of our Toyotas were purchased here - though our next one probably will be. We've always had GREAT service - Brian is the BEST service advisor we've ever dealt with (be it through Toyota or Nissan) next one probably will be. We've always had GREAT service - Brian is the BEST service advisor we've ever dealt with (be it through Toyota or Nissan). The shuttle was easy - no issues. Repairs are always done in a timely manner - and we've never had any problems with the work done (which is why we switched to Torrance - we had numerous issues in both Carson and Long Beach where we had to return either for work not completed or done wrong). They've been honest too - if something isn't necessary, they don't try to talk you into it. As an example, we brought the car in for a fan belt issue, and during the inspection it was noted the rear brakes were low - but not necessarily to a critical point. The last time they were done was somewhere else - we could have taken it back to that place (where the pads are lifetime replacement). We went ahead and had them done at DCH - just because they're so cool about it! More

My experinece at DCH TOYOTA OF TORRANCE was HORRIBLE!, they are such LIARS and will lie there way into making you buy a car. They had me going back and forth to go "sign papers" when all they would do was they are such LIARS and will lie there way into making you buy a car. They had me going back and forth to go "sign papers" when all they would do was change the price and the payments on the car. this was insane, this dealership has such bad customer service and are VERY unprofessional. Never will i send any of my family and friends to go and buy a car their. These people will do the imposible so that you can buy a car from them. Do not fall for it, or you will be highly disappointed and might even end up turning your car in just like i did, because i was tired of doing business with them. NEVER again will i step a foot into there Lot. More

This dealership is constantly advertising for new salesmen, and it appears as though they regularly hire a bunch of common criminals. If you don't believe me, go to Torrance Toyota yourself and take salesmen, and it appears as though they regularly hire a bunch of common criminals. If you don't believe me, go to Torrance Toyota yourself and take a look at all the guys hanging out next to the front window, to the right as you walk in. Gangbangers-R-Us or what?<br><br>In this case, a picture is a worth a thousand words, and you CAN judge a book by its cover. A salesman stole my wife's wallet when she put it down to testdrive a car. I found the wallet in the trash in the back of the bathroom, minus its cash. When the police arrived they stated that this sort of thing, criminal activity, is a regular occurrence at Torrance Toyota. The police further observed that Torrance Toyota is one of the few dealers in town with no video surveillance, so the criminal activity is expected to continue. More
