My experiences have always been positive. Both with leasing my car and the service department. This is one of the main reason I continue to go to this dealership. Both with leasing my car and the service department. This is one of the main reason I continue to go to this dealership. More

My service rep, Jose Hernandez, understood the issues: battery for the key fob and car (auxiliary). The auxiliary battery was still functional but at 50%. I had high expectations for this place, particularly because it carries the reputable Toyota brand. However, I've come to understand that the manufacturer is not directly involved with the dealerships. because it carries the reputable Toyota brand. However, I've come to understand that the manufacturer is not directly involved with the dealerships. As consumers, we are required to purchase vehicles through these authorized sellers. Given the option, I would prefer to bypass these dealers entirely. The experience was disappointingly familiar; they insisted on a bundled sale, which is not permissible, and refused to sell me the car unless I agreed to several unnecessary add-ons, despite my repeated objections. I must mention that Keith White, the Sales Director, Leonado Solis, the Sales Manager, and Lyndon Bull from the finance department, were all implicated in the unsatisfactory practices at this dealership. Attempting to renegotiate the terms after signing is futile; the contract binds you to its conditions. I wish you better luck in your search for a vehicle. I hope there are still dealerships out there that prioritize ethical business practices. More
I can't urge this enough; stay far away from this dealership. The amount of issues my friend and I had while we bought her first car was appalling, and most of them are the fault of the salesman Ever dealership. The amount of issues my friend and I had while we bought her first car was appalling, and most of them are the fault of the salesman Everett who dropped the ball at every turn. The car that we originally purchased (deposit paid and all paperwork already signed) had severe mechanical issues the day we came to drive it off the lot, despite supposedly being "certified". It also had many more miles on it than the day we purchased it, suggesting an employee had been using the car in the meantime. The dealership refused to issue a check for the deposit refund and instead insisted that my friend to purchase a more expensive car. A few days after purchasing the new car, I discover that it has a tracking device installed. I understand this is a common practice nowadays, but we were never notified it was there and there is nothing in all the paperwork stating there is a tracking device in the vehicle. I called Everett and he assured me someone would contact me, which they didn't after three days. I contacted Everett again and he yelled at me on the phone, saying I am "out to get him". I then spoke with Jonathan, a manager at the dealership, who was calm and reasonable at first but then abruptly exploded and hung up. This horrible experience was unnecessary and would have been a non-issue if Everett hadn't continually dropped the ball. Please go anywhere else but here, and if you do have the unfortunate luck of ending up at this dealership, ask for anyone besides Everett. More
