To add to that, he really knew the product, a 2010 Toyota Camry. He was able to show me new aspects of the Camry that I had not known before. Neither of our Toyotas were purchased here - though our next one probably will be. We've always had GREAT service - Brian is the BEST service advisor we've ever dealt with (be it through Toyota or Nissan) next one probably will be. We've always had GREAT service - Brian is the BEST service advisor we've ever dealt with (be it through Toyota or Nissan). The shuttle was easy - no issues. Repairs are always done in a timely manner - and we've never had any problems with the work done (which is why we switched to Torrance - we had numerous issues in both Carson and Long Beach where we had to return either for work not completed or done wrong). They've been honest too - if something isn't necessary, they don't try to talk you into it. As an example, we brought the car in for a fan belt issue, and during the inspection it was noted the rear brakes were low - but not necessarily to a critical point. The last time they were done was somewhere else - we could have taken it back to that place (where the pads are lifetime replacement). We went ahead and had them done at DCH - just because they're so cool about it! More
