Called from the gas station a few miles away to check on a car I saw online. Leisa took my call and told me to stop by. She got me in for the test drive right away. I had a few other cars to check out so sh a car I saw online. Leisa took my call and told me to stop by. She got me in for the test drive right away. I had a few other cars to check out so she gave me her card and to come on back if I love the car...well, I was back a few hours later, took the car for a second test drive. By the end of the day I had paperwork rolling and money in transit. With a plan in place to pick the car up t he next day. Leisa came in on her day off to finish paperwork and hand me the keys to my new ride. 100% will be back when the time comes to purchase another vehicle! More

Della Honda in Plattsburgh has THE BEST sales team ever! Hunter was extremely polite and professional during the entire process.
