In general I am suspicious of Car Dealerships. I am nervous and expect to be lied to and made to feel like a sucker, certainly with me being a rather senior senior. I was relieved, then, to meet Zachary Miller, Sales Associate at DELLA Toyota in Plattsburgh, NY. Right from the start I knew I was dealing with somebody who would ASSIST me; not just sell (or con) me. Although maybe arbitrary, Zach did not "look" like a car salesman (although I would not be able to describe how such person looks like) My goal was to sell my present car and buy a used Toyota. With Zach's help, I was able to hold on the minimum price I demanded for my Hyundai. He made me feel comfortable throughout and was patient explaining technical details of the vehicle. Important, because I know NOTHING about cars, other than that they (normally) have 4 wheels. What with my used Toyota hardly used, I felt more than satisfied with my buy. Zach is going to explain more about the Media stuff in the car next week, which shows that his care does not stop after I have handed over a check. All with all, a great experience. I am sure that there are other good sales persons at DELLA, but you know what, if you have any depredations about buying a car, go to that dealer and ask for Zachary Miller. Tell him I said hi. More

Della sabotaged my vehicle to sell me new parts- I have proof. I found it strange that every time I take my Toyota vehicles to Della for a motor vehicle inspection, I am told that my wiper blades are split proof. I found it strange that every time I take my Toyota vehicles to Della for a motor vehicle inspection, I am told that my wiper blades are split and I will need to purchase new ones. I maintain my cars meticulously and install new wiper blades every six months. So this year, I took some video of my wiper blades before dropping off my car. The wiper blades were in excellent condition when the car was left at Della Toyota, but nonetheless, I get a call letting me know that my wiper blades were split and I would need to purchase new ones in order to pass inspection. I asked for a photo, and sure enough: Between the time I had dropped off the car and the time it was inspected, my wiper blades had mysteriously split. When confronted with the proof that my wiper blades were in excellent condition when dropped off, the Service Manager offered to take 50% off. I followed up with the General Manager, who comped me the blades, but refused to do anything else to remedy the situation. I've bought and serviced vehicles at Della for years. This is fraud, and your pursuit of a few bucks on wiper blades has cost you my business forever. Hopefully this review will prevent others from getting swindled. The GM I spoke to manages all of the Della dealerships, so I would suggest avoiding their other brands too. More

Absolutely amazing experience. Haden was great. I can't say I've ever received better service from a salesperson before. Most of it was done over email and phone, and when I showed Haden was great.
