She’s extremely professional, really knows her stuff, but is also just fun to work with! We are really happy with the RAV4 Prime that we ended up with and with the deal that Della gave us. We never felt rushed and always had our questions answered quickly. Can’t say enough about how happy we are with the whole experience - Thank you, Heather! More
