Not all of the places we visited were any of these things. We test drove a Ford Explorer after looking at it and getting lots of information about it. James Drummond was very patient, kind, informative, helpful and a sincere salesman. He took care of many details and helped us a lot. We also got a follow up call that helped us decide this was the vehicle for us and Dahl Ford was the place to buy it.
