Thanks Travis My experience with the sales team was great when i came in to purchase my first used vehicle. transaction was quick and painless and i couldn't be hap My experience with the sales team was great when i came in to purchase my first used vehicle. transaction was quick and painless and i couldn't be happier. however the vehicle ended up being unsafe, and i worked with the service department for two weeks where i had no vehicle at all and mine was in the shop. they did absorb the cost for parts and labor attempting to correct the issue but i had to call in at least every other day for a status update as i never got any of the promised phone calls. service just kept telling me they had no loaners available and they would get a hold of me later. after two weeks of this i called Travis directly and within a few hours he had set up a loaner and we started working on another solution which involved replacing the vehicle. i had to eat a cost above what the 2nd car was worth but they never charged me for the parts or labor on the first vehicle. i did not have the best experience with the service team but Travis did a great job of salvaging the situation once he was involved. Thanks Travis i appreciate your effort great job. More
