The business has been family owned for several generations because of their trust worthy product and customer service. In our last experience, we bought an "as is" car and noticed that there were a few things that we felt should have completed before we took possession of the vehicle. We voiced our concerns and they were taken care of right away with no questions asked--even though it was on a chaotic Black Friday after Thanksgiving. The things were just overlooked, which we know happens sometimes, but Dahl Ford backed their product and demonstrated what our business meant to them. We would highly recommend Jim "ike" Isaacson. It's clear to see that he is a very busy figure at Dahl, but never too busy to take a call on his business line or cell phone. He also met with us about 4 times throughout the process. Even just for repairs or oil changes, we really like Dan Wich in the service department. While our car was being serviced, they went so far as to get us a loaner. KV III is a very approachable and nice manager. It is always a pleasure to see him out and about in the community and he always makes sure that we still love our vehicle(s). More

I walked in and was out with a new vehicle in about 4 hours which was good for me as I am not a patient person. Mr. Allan Jackson made sure that I had to take my 2013 Ford Escape back to the dealership to have a back-up camera and Xzilon applied to my new car. Mr. Allan Jackson made sure that my second set of keys had come in and gave me a leased car to use until my car was read the next day. Mr. Allan Jackson did everything he could to make my experience as painless and the wait as short as possible. The people I dealt with in the Service Department were so genuine and friendly, silly to say, but I can't wait to go back for my oil change. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name from the Service Department, he never left my side until Allan Jackson took over. Thank you everyone at Dahl Ford, what a wonderful experience. Thanks Travis My experience with the sales team was great when i came in to purchase my first used vehicle. transaction was quick and painless and i couldn't be hap My experience with the sales team was great when i came in to purchase my first used vehicle. transaction was quick and painless and i couldn't be happier. however the vehicle ended up being unsafe, and i worked with the service department for two weeks where i had no vehicle at all and mine was in the shop. they did absorb the cost for parts and labor attempting to correct the issue but i had to call in at least every other day for a status update as i never got any of the promised phone calls. service just kept telling me they had no loaners available and they would get a hold of me later. after two weeks of this i called Travis directly and within a few hours he had set up a loaner and we started working on another solution which involved replacing the vehicle. i had to eat a cost above what the 2nd car was worth but they never charged me for the parts or labor on the first vehicle. i did not have the best experience with the service team but Travis did a great job of salvaging the situation once he was involved.
