Great First time car buying experience! What a great experience. I stopped at Dahl Ford on July 10 just to look at a Ford Fusion. My girlfriend was very adamant about me "sitting in one." We What a great experience. I stopped at Dahl Ford on July 10 just to look at a Ford Fusion. My girlfriend was very adamant about me "sitting in one." Well, we ended up getting paired, by luck as they were super busy on a Thursday afternoon, with Lisa Blaser. Not only did I sit in one, but Lisa let me take one for a spin. I immediately knew this was the car I wanted. I told Lisa what I wanted in options (which was really specific) and color. She worked her tail off to find me a car. The first car ended up with hail damage so we had to go back to the drawing board. She was not going to let me walk out of Dahl Ford without a new car! She looked all over the region to find me what I wanted. She was able to get me one from Wisconsin and had it to me not 24 hours later after the dealership in WI allowed them get the car. I couldn't have asked for better service than what I got from Dahl Ford. Lisa is an amazing asset to the Dahl Team (give her a raise). I also thought the gentleman who processed my loan and rebates was amazing. He took the time to go over two different options (0% interest or more rebates and 2.1% interest). He also didn't try to sell me any add-ons that I didn't need. This experience was so easy! I would recommend Lisa and the Dahl Ford team to anyone! More

Told him what I wanted in, gas mileage, vehicle total miles, and payment. Between Tom and Dave O"Brien, and Terry Nelson,by Wednesday, July 23, 2014, I was in a 2010 Malibu, with 63,000 miles. I hate to car shop! But, the experience I had at Dahl, was by far the easiest, smoothest and fastest car buying experience EVER! Without any high-pressure sales tactics, or trying to sell me something that I did not want to buy. They ACTUALLY LISTENED to what I wanted, and needed, unlike several other dealers in the Quad-Cities. After living in Las Vegas, for 25 years, it was refreshing, to be treated like FAMILY, and NOT like a slab of beef! I am willing to stand outside, on the street, with a sign, In a Chicken suit, if they want me to do that, promoting this dealership! I CANNOT say ENOUGH GOOD things about all the people at Dahl Ford. Top of the line, 100% class act, people, that treat you like FAMILY and NOT just another sale to add to the quota! More

Excellent Sales Service Allan was great to work with. I bought a new 2014 Ford Flex from Dahl Ford Davenport. We told Allan our budget from the start (the monthly payment tha Allan was great to work with. I bought a new 2014 Ford Flex from Dahl Ford Davenport. We told Allan our budget from the start (the monthly payment that we were looking to make, and he was very honest and upfront with us about which models we needed to look at to meet that budget. When I told him about options and features that I had seen in other Flexes that I liked, he was very upfront with me that those features were only available in the next model up. He never tried to push that model on me, and highlighted the positive features in the models that would meet our criteria. I very much appreciated this. I didn't feel like I wasn't going to get what I wanted or that I was downgrading. He never pushed anything on us, and was upfront and honest about costs. Allan was very helpful when it came to getting the car too - working hard to make sure that we would have the vehicle by the time that we needed it. I very much appreciated that. We will be back when we need another vehicle! More

Great Salesperson Service & looks like an excellent product I have never been a Ford person. However, because of GM troubles lately I thought I would make a complimentary call on Ford, never expecting to buy. I have never been a Ford person. However, because of GM troubles lately I thought I would make a complimentary call on Ford, never expecting to buy. The reason I bought the Ford Escape is Allan Jackson. Allan made my wife and I feel at home, no pressure and much product knowledge. I don't know how you would not like Allan. The Escape looks like a vehicle we will like. But we own it because of Allan and his friendly, make you feel at ease demeanor, combined with a wealth of product knowledge. The follow-up since we purchased the Escape has been good - providing videos, etc. has helped us learn the car's features. However, I do think you should have an incentive $$ for first time Ford buyers. This would be an extra incentive for them to cross over and become a Ford customer. However, all in all Allan made the difference. More

Tom Copeland has sold me 2 previous trucks, and things always went great! He alerted me to a vehicle that I was looking for, allowed me to drive it soon after it came in. The body shop completed fixes to the mirror and body mouldings, and made sure to tell me to stop back if there are any issues. Whenever I'm in the market, I alert Tom to my needs and he never fails to contact me. He isn't pushy, doesn't hide any issues that a vehicle may have, and is a pleasure to work with. It's rare that I'll stop and visit with a car salesman, but I find myself visiting with Tom on a regular basis. I always refer DAHL FORD to my friends when they are looking for a new or used vehicle, and send them straight to Tom. More
