I tried other Ford dealers where the salesmen tried to put me in a vehicle that night, regardless of my reservations. At Dahl I felt free to browse with no commitment. I could say "no" without any begging, grousing, cajoling, or stigma. Devin was taking a quick break when we pulled in but was very friendly, personable, professional, and showed us around stock of car I had in mind. He had no problem waiting to make sure the car would work for my disabled friend and letting me get oriented and comfortable with all of the features and electronics before I decided to buy. He worked to get me as much as he could for my trade-in, which was worth pretty much less-than-zero. He has since made sure to follow up with any appointments or just to make sure I was happy with the car I purchased, which I am. A side note, the dealer that sold me my first car over 15 yeas ago and my dad his truck nearly 20 years ago still worked there and not only remembered me and my dad, but details about our lives. When you buy from Dahl Ford, you truly feel like a member of their family. More
