Customer Care As I set out to look for a new vehicle, which I haven't done for a long time, I went out to start my adventure by getting a feel of what I want in a v As I set out to look for a new vehicle, which I haven't done for a long time, I went out to start my adventure by getting a feel of what I want in a vehicle(make, color, model etc.)Stopped in at a handful of dealers to see what there is out there. First dealer talked my ear off and waisted the time I had and tried making me take the vehicle for the day. Second dealer waisted time telling me all the options and etc. once again taking the day away without test drive. Third dealer I walked in and stood there while 4 salesmen where just talking about personal things, not one asked if I needed help as I stared at them. Fourth dealer came running out and flat out said "can I help you" there was no welcome there and he was being sarcastic about my questions. I was going to give up until I stopped in at Dahl Ford and as soon as I exited my car was greeted and they said "welcome to Dahl Ford" which I never felt so welcomed as I was treated like I was the most important person there. Lisa asked what I was looking for and didn't hesitate to show what was available and took them for a test drive right away without any pressure or any negative remarks about other dealers or vehicles. I felt positive and excited to do business with Dahl Ford knowing that they really care about there customers. Dahl Ford has made me feel good about my purchase! I will do business again, Thank You! Absolutely Amazing Experience We were greeted as soon as we got there. Normally I don't like this about car dealerships, but this was different. Allan was cordial and let us do a bit of the talking at first to see what we were really looking for. I thought to myself, this is how all dealerships should be. From there he was extremely helpful, more than knowledgable, took his time aiding us to find the perfect new car. Explained anything he was doing or looking at. He asked questions to ensure we weren't getting into a car we weren't going to like or even getting into a car we didn't really need or want. Above all he was welcoming right from the get go, never pressuring. He was good at making us feel comfortable right away and drop the nervousness level instantly. I just have to worry about my girl friend quoting him still, haha ;) Allan is one of the first car salesman I've truly enjoyed working with. I would recommend anyone to him without a second thought. Anthony was incredibly easy to work with, and very friendly. He asked me a few questions and within the hour was telling me my options, and convinced me to test drive a brand new car-something I never thought I'd be doing. I ended up taking the car home for the weekend and realized how much I liked it. I signed the paperwork right away and am now the proud owner of a Ford. That never would have been possible without Anthony. I've had bad experiences in the past and he made me realize that there are friendly car salesmen out there! More

Every employee we encountered approaching and entering the showroom greeted/assisted us with a smile. Every attitude was positive. While we didn't have interaction with the service or body shop on this occasion, we have in the past and it has always been positive. Jerit Wohlford was very positive, courteous and knowledgeable. He assisted us during the process by explaining some of the amazing electronic features on the vehicle. We bought our last new Escape in 2004 so many of these features were new to us but we drove off the lot feeling comfortable. The sales manager and Mike in finance were equally professional. Everyone makes you feel at home and important. I would highly recommend Dahl Ford! We have only had our Escape a week. That being said WE LOVE THIS CAR!!! Great job Dahl Ford and Jerit Wohlford! He always stayed in contact with us to let us know what was going on with the vehicle. It took us about a week but because of Devin and his hard work and loyalty to his customers, he finally got it to where we got to take the car home. I will recommend people to go to Dahl Ford and to make sure to work with Devin. Overall my experience was WONDERFUL!!! We will definitely go back to buy another car from Dahl Ford and I will definitely go to work with Devin AGAIN!!! More
