I would have liked to get the student discount (as I i'm taking 2+ class per 5 week session verse a traditional student), but still got a heck of a deal on my new 2014 focus. James was a pleasure to work with, very nice guy. Dave was good as well, and willing to deal on my trade-in. Terry was helpful as well (I can't recall his last name, but he's the one that worked on the loan). Every was very friendly and had a good sense of humor. I've referred a few people looking for a new ride to Dahl, so we'll see what comes of that. Thanks again! Derek Fuller More

I initially dreaded going car shopping fearing pushy salespeople who reall My husband and I recently purchased a beautiful pre-owned 2011 Ford Taurus. I initially dreaded going car shopping fearing pushy salespeople who really didn't care about my needs. Dahl Ford was my first stop. I was a little nervous, had not purchased a car in a long time, and didn't want to drive all over the Quad Cities talking to people who "really didn't care". Above all, receiving excellent customer service was a critical component. The day I met Jerit, he was pleasant, fun and easy to talk to. We sat down, chatted, laughed and discussed many factors that helped him better understand me and the type of vehicle for me. Jerit was knowledgeable about each of the vehicles I saw and gave good honest feedback. As time went by, Jerit could tell that I really liked the Taurus. I thought that it was a little expensive for my budget, but he guaranteed me a good price. I took the car for the next 24 hours, showed my husband, my mother, and ran some errands. Everyone loved the car. The next day, I bought my husband in with me to talk to finance. Jerit remained there with us offering water, pop, or anything to make us comfortable. At one point we went to dinner just to think a bit more. After negotiating, Jerit sent the Taurus to detail to have it ready (it looked sooooo nice). At the end of the night, the dealership was about to close. Employees were walking out the door and Jerit remained with us answering any additional questions about the car's features. Jerit is a nice asset to the staff at Dahl Ford. He made the process comfortable and provided us with excellent customer service. He worked hard for us and was never pushy or overbearing. I will recommend him to my friends and family. More

I would most likely buy from him again if I was looking for another vehicle. The list price of the vehicle I purchased definitely was on the high side of things after looking at numerous websites including KBB, but we ended up getting the price down to fair market value which I was happy with. The one thing I was not happy about regarding the delivery of the vehicle was the fact the vehicle only had a half a tank of gas. Now I was told that there is a policy that if used cars have half a tank or more in them they don't get filled. I find that kinda bs in my opinion that you couldn't spend the few extra bucks to fill it up. In all though, I was mostly happy with my experience at Daul Ford. More

I met with Tom Copeland and right from the start they gave me a great price on my truck for a trade and found the perfect car that would do everything I needed. I told him I like the car a lot and if my wife also liked it that we would take it.that night once my wife got home I called Tom and said yes she interested in it and even though they were closing right then they stayed open till we got there to pick up the car and take it over night for a test drive. The next day I called in and said we will take it, met with them at our convenience later that day and all the paperwork was ready to go and everything went smooth. My wife and I love our 2014 Ford Fusion. More
