My fiancé and I were in the market for a vehicle that would fit our family. We had some special circumstances in our finances that made the financing part a little complex. I had recently purchased a new F-150 from Javier and reached out to him to find us a specific vehicle that would fit our needs. Dahl had a 2011 Ford Expedition Limited that hit the lot and Javier was on top of getting a deal done. He gave our information to Terry Nelson who went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that not only were we approved, but that we received the best interest rate that we could get. We received a phenomenal deal that surpassed our expectations. Terry was an ABSOLUTE pleasure to work with! Javier, Terry and KV made us feel like family and treated us like no other dealership has. We were very concerned with our financing situation that we would be treated differently and not be able to get as good of a deal as we normally would with perfect circumstances. This is not the case. These individuals treated us like there were no issues and made sure that we received the best deal possible. After buying my F-150 2 months ago, when we were in the market for another vehicle, we went straight to Dahl Ford and could not have been more pleased with the outcome. We had a few minor issues with the vehicle and dealing with the service and body shop has been nothing short of easy as well. April has taken care of my fiancé's previous vehicle and was a smooth transition to working with me. I can say that I will be taking both of our vehicles to Dahl for all of my service needs. I had a 2012 Toyota Highlander that was over the lease Miles and a year away from the lease expiration. As a first time buyer, I was initially intimidated by the car buying process. Before I came to Dahl, I had stopped at a couple other dealerships and was upset with the service I received. I felt I was not taken seriously because of my age, and they acted like I inconvenienced them. But when I walked into Dahl, I did not feel that way. I was promptly greeted by Devin, and I was able to get down to business and start test driving with little wasted time. I had done my research on the Fusion SE beforehand, and had walked in with a quote from Sexton Ford on a car I was interested in. Dahl gave me a price that not only beat Sexton, but I also got the color and interior I wanted (which happened to be on the showroom floor). Devin was fun and informative on the test drive, and I did not feel pressured to buy. What most impressed me was that Devin volunteered to help me return my rental on his day off after I purchased my Fusion. I was not expecting that, and it was much appreciated. James Drummond was awesome as usual, I went in with the idea that A pre-owned vehicle was going to be the better choice for my family.
