I was in search of a Ford F150. I inquired online about what might be available. Renee Fullerton was wonderful in answering all of my questions via email and really let me know what was available. I decided it was worth driving an hour from where I live to check things out. When I got there I worked with Allan Jackson. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in all ways. We went for a test drive and the truck exceeded my expectations and I went in thinking this would be my dream truck. Even after driving it I was somewhat worried that I could really get it for the payment/price I needed as I've been in similar situations at other lots only to find out it was way more than I could afford. When all was said and done the price/payment was exactly where I wanted to be. They gave me a great price for my trade and a great price on the truck. I am so happy with the truck and know I will be for years to come. The whole experience from Renee corresponding with me before, working with Allan and the financing part with Mike was so great. Everyone from start to finish was so friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely a great buying experience and I will definitely be making the hour drive again the next time we are car shopping. More

Having worked in retail for 18 years, I fully understand the importance of outstanding customer service, and the people at Dahl Ford definitely have that. Basically for that reason is why I purchased our second vehicle from Dahl (1st was '08 Ford Edge) is for the way Dan, Jim and Justin handled our needs and wants. Dan in service was outstanding and was very helpful and understanding while I had to decide whether to spend money to fix my Escape or go ahead and purchase a new(used '12 Fusion) vehicle, he exemplified the total customer service experience and directed me to Mr. Isaacson who was very calm and collective in multi-tasking with his other customers. On the day we went to meet Jim, he was busy with another customer so he directed us to Justin who made it a smooth transition and was also very pleasurable to work with. When Jim had a free moment, he would always check in with my wife and I to see how things were going. Both Jim and Justin were great to work with and I would highly recommend them (or anyone of the team members) if looking to purchase a vehicle, they are all very friendly. The day we stopped at Dahl Ford, our intention was to price a Ford Escape at three dealerships. We had already been to one and never went to the third. After we told Javier what we were looking for, he showed us what was available on the lot and from other dealerships. We ended up buying a more expensive car than we planned on and bought it then. Javier was very informative and worked out a deal that we were happy with. I picked up the car last Wed. and Javier gave us a lot of info on the car. I love this vehicle and am looking forward to more info on the Sync capabilities. I would definitely refer people to Dahl and Javier.
