This is our second purchase at Dahl. We enjoy both experiences. I do not like to be at the dealership all night so they make it quick and easy. I had been looking for a new car for about 2 months ,i wasted to much time looking at othier dealers. Dahl was recomened to me by my brother , I visited the website , then made a appointment with the fina wasted to much time looking at othier dealers. But within 24hrs Dave called me back and had me approved and lower monthly payment than i expexted. He put me in contact with Javier Calleja and the treatment i recieved was top notch, they didnt look at me like a sale , but as a person. i have and will recomend Dahl to anyone looking to purchase a new car. and i already plan on going back to them for my next purchase Very very happy. My experience with Dahl Ford was excellent, from the time I walked on the lot to look at avaliability to the closing of my sale. Dahl did not have any available but told me they could look for one. I told Javier I had a few vehicles to look at elsewhere. After looking at other vehicles I thought the 2005 F150 at Dahl Ford would best meet my needs. I made a call to Dahl and talked to a lady but t I cannot remember her name, however She iimpressed me with her friendliness and helpfulness. I told her I had looked at the F150 and ask her to see if they would accept an offer over the phone so that I did not waste anyones time. She undeestood what I meant and followed up with the right people and set up an appointment for later the same day. Upon my arrival I was greeted nicely by everyone I met. Javier met with me and thanked me for considering this vehicle and had the vehicle ready for me to inspect. I ask if I could keep the truck overnight and was told that was not a problem, they wanted me to be comfortable that was the vehicle I wanted to purchase. The price I had offed over the phone was accepted and never did anyone want to negeotiate a differnet price. I returned the next day early for my Noon appointement and again was greeted well by everyone. Javier took the time to go over everything with me and the paperwork process began. The whole process took probalbly a little over 90 minutes, mostly due to my being early. I appreciate the way I was treated and would recommend Dahl Ford to other people. More

While visiting my mother I was surfing the web. I seen a 2013 Cmax for a very reasonable price, and told my daughter. I made a few calls to some friends, and was referred to Mike. They really made us comfortable, and were very friendly. My daughter was very interested in a hybrid,and it was a toss up between the Prius, or the Cmax. After taking the car for a test drive, I was convinced that this wass the right car for her. All I can say is "wow has Ford changed".
