Brenda helped me find the perfect car, again, and I was able to get the payments where I could afford them! I'm so glad I chose Dahl Ford when I bought my Fiesta because I will continue to do business with this dealership for a long time! As a veteran of the US Navy, I've shopped for cars all around the country. I bought my first car in Virginia Beach when i was 18. I bought my last car here in the Quad Cities just a few years ago. This experience far exceeds that of any other car buying experience for me. It started with a simple inquiry. I saw a truck i liked online and sent in an inquiry about it. Within minutes i had a call from Liz Arteche with the details i needed. I told her the truck inquired about wasnt quite what i was looking for and i was going to continue to look around at other options. Less than 30 minutes after our phone call, Liz had sent an email to me with some other trucks on the lot that were more in line with what i was looking for. One of those trucks is the one i ended up buying! Had it not been for Liz and the extra effort of sending me some more trucks to look at based off a 5 minute phone conversation, I may not have ever saw the truck i ended up buying. THANKS LIZ! My morning started at a few other dealerships in the QC. When i told them i had already been approved by my bank and already knew what i was looking to spend, they basically shut me out. I was given very basic information about what i was looking at, i was never offer to test drive anything, i was never asked numbers on what i owed, i was given business cards and told to contact them if i needed anything. They told me that with the price i wanted to spend, i need to look at MUCH older vehicles than I was talking to them about. From the minute I walked into Dahl, Javier Calleja was miles above any of the other salesmen i had dealt with, not only that day, but in the past. He knew everything i wanted to know about the truck I was coming to see and more. He wanted to know about my vehicle, he wanted to drive it to get a feel for where we would be on trade. It was cold out so he brought the truck i wanted to see inside where it was warm and we could take our time. The test drive went smooth. There was never any pressue. It was just like looking at a truck with a buddy. Javier, you're the man and I'd recommend anybody buying a vehicle to come to you. More

We went in to test drive a vehicle my husband was interested in. I was somewhat reticent as I had seen the Edge and not been very impressed with the appearance and have an inherent dislike of car sa interested in. His pleasant, honest, helpful, knowledgeable, easy-going demeanor completely off set my prior opinion. He was very tolerant of my many questions and comments. James was able to let me see the many positive aspects of the Edge Ltd, which we ended up purchasing, on my own. He additionally got us a price I was comfortable with. We originally came in to just look at vehicles since we were in the market for trading in our 04 Escape. Naturally the brakes went out in the process of making it to the dealership, just my luck! Javier was very friendly, personable, and professional. We sat down in his office and discussed what I was interested in and price range. He drove around the used vehicles a couple times since I was having a hard time deciding what I wanted to test drive, and never pressured me once to pick a certain vehicle. He knew the price range we were looking at so showed us those vehicles first, but the 11 Escape we ended up purchasing caught my eye so he let us take a look at it. He pulled it into the garage due to the frigid cold weather so we could take a closer look at it and he could explain all details. When we took the escape for a test drive he talked to us as normal people and not just people he was making a sale on. Javier is an excellent salesman and I will definitely return to him in the future for new vehicles and recommend him to friends and family. We absolutely love our 11 loaded escape so glad we waited and purchased it at Dahl Ford! More

It was time to trade in our GMC and start looking for a new SUV that is comfortable for a busy family and able to tow our 8000 lb camper. My kids and I stopped by Dahl to check out an Expedition in the mi new SUV that is comfortable for a busy family and able to tow our 8000 lb camper. My kids and I stopped by Dahl to check out an Expedition in the middle of a snow storm and met Javier. He braved the elements to show us the different styles and options available for the Expedition, answering all of my questions in a friendly manner. I ended up taking home one to try for the weekend, which was great because it helped me determine my needs. We came back and purchased our Expedition EL 2 days later! Javier was great to work with, easy-going and helpful. He went the extra mile to make sure we had all of the information we needed to feel comfortable with our purchase!
