Dahl Ford - Davenport

My hat goes off to Javier Calleja & Davenport Ford Dahl once again. I have had Ford vehicles since 1992 and will continue to do so. I walked into your dealership thinking about leasing my next Ford Es Dahl once again. I have had Ford vehicles since 1992 and will continue to do so. I walked into your dealership thinking about leasing my next Ford Escape instead of buying. Terry Nelson a finance consultant informed me I needed to talk to a sales consultant. Deciding to go to the next step, I then said, I just wanted to ask a few questions, so he introduced me to Javier Calleja . Well, its was "smooth sailing" from there on. Javier took the time and patience to explain the process of leasing verses buying a vehicle, giving me more options to think about, while answering all my questions. After looking at a few vehicles I found a 2014 Ford Escape that met my needs or should I say my "wants". LOL!!! After the test drive, I knew this may be the one. Never once feeling pressured from Javier to make a decision during the whole process, is what sealed the deal for me. Javier Calleja is by far the most sincere and genuine sales consultant, I have ever encountered, in my history of buying or leasing a vehicle. He has superseded my expectations, and has made the whole process enjoyable. I commend him for a job very well done, he went above and beyond to help me lease my 2014 Ford Escape. I will be returning to Javier Calleja to get my next vehicle and have told my family and friends when in need of a vehicle to visit Javier Calleja at Davenport Dahl Ford. There hasn't been a time I haven't walked into the Davenport Dahl Ford that the door is not opened for me, I am welcomed with opened arms and never have to wait to be helped. To me; that is important and I consider you my family. ( I better tell my brother to set some extra plates during the holidays!!! LOL!!! What's more the service didn't stop the minute I drove off the lot with my Ford Escape and that is another guarantee I will return. Terry Nelson in finance worked his magic and was also detrimental to getting my Escape. The follow up phone calls from everybody involved in the process of leasing my vehicle has been spectacular. I went to dahl looking for a truck because I had totalled my car and wanted to get something bigger! I hade literally gone to every dealership in the quad cities and beyond some! Brenda wasnt forceful on trying to get me to purchase something I didnt want or cant afford! She asked questions about what I did and didnt want in a truck and actually paid attention to them! Shopping for a new car is not our favorite thing to do. It's nerve-wracking and stressful - are we getting a good price? Are we getting a good deal on our trade-in? Are we in over our heads? He easily explained all the details and options for us without being pushy or over-bearing. He helped us find the best option that would work within our budget. He truly made the whole car-buying process painless. We would definitely recommend working with Allan - and in fact if we needed another car in the future - we would start with Allan at Dahl's before shopping elsewhere. More

My experience at Dahl ford was great. Rick stucky was my salesman and he spent the time to let me test drive every car I was interested in. They gave me a great price on my trade in and did not hassle over salesman and he spent the time to let me test drive every car I was interested in. Javier was very nice in helping us with a car purchase, it was as if we were the only ones there to buy a car. I feel like he went to bat for us in getting the car that we liked into our price range. In the interest of full disclosure, I have to say that we have a very good friend who works in the body shop at Dahl. That, and the fact that they participate in the Z plan is what prompted us to go to Dahl have a very good friend who works in the body shop at Dahl. That, and the fact that they participate in the Z plan is what prompted us to go to Dahl when we decided to purchase a new car. We were met in the parking lot by Allan Jackson who could not have been better to work with. Allan is a great salesman - he is personable, very knowledgeable about Ford products, and he allowed us the time we felt we needed to make our decision. He has also been very responsive to the questions we had after the sale. All in all, it was a great experience and we have already recommended Dahl and specifically Allan to several of our friends who are considering a new car purchase within the next six months. More
