After speaking with Javier and expressing to him exactly what I wanted, he went to work and had a vehicle waiting for me when I arrived at the dealership a couple of days later. He made a good first impression with his knowledge of the F150 and was not a high pressure salesman. Javier got the pricing on the truck in a timely manner and patiently waited for me to make a final decision. I received a lower price from a competitor for the same exact truck, but I bought from Javier and Dahl Ford because of the service I received. The other service that was very important was having the accessories installed before I took delivery of the truck. After having driven Chevy trucks for a long time I could not get over what a great vehicle and drive the F150 is. I have been telling everyone I know what I discovered in the F150. Dealing with Dahl Ford is a great experience. Everyone is very nice and easy to talk to. We bought a Ford F-150 XLT in 2010 from them and I wanted to buy another XLT. Javier is a great salesmen because is very nice and easy to talk to. We bought a Ford F-150 XLT in 2010 from them and I wanted to buy another XLT. Javier is a great salesmen because he does not pressure you and is easy to work with. My wife and I new what options we wanted. Of course Ford does not offer some of the items she wanted in the XLT so we started looking at Larat's. Javier found other trucks out side of their dealership and really tried to find the truck we wanted. It ended up that they had a Platinum in their showroom. I never in my wildest imagination would ever think we would buy or afford a Platinum. So Javier and I worked through the numbers game and guess what, we bought the Platinum. This would not have happened if they were not reasonable and wanted to work with us. I have referred two other people to buy from Dahl Ford and talk to Javier. They too had a good experience and bought their vehicles from him. All in all - We will always go through Dahl Ford and deal with Javier. It is the only dealership I would recommend to anyone. Quality of work was scored low based on the prep of the vehich which was on the show room floor. There was still marker spots or other marks on the vehicle that we collectively rubbed off. This should have been taken care of by the guys that wash and wax the vehicle before pick up in particular to show off the optional paint job. Kevin did a great job on his first sale with limited help from his peers and mentors. I state this becuase I paid cash for the vehicle and gave the dealership almost 2 days to prep and when I showed up the guys that do the paperwork didn't even have mine done, but did it on the spot and stated that normally I would have had an appointment. I found this lack of communication between those that take the money and those that prepare the paperwork for the sale highly irregular. The bottom line in customer service is that the customer is always right regardless of his or her perception. Steve More
