My husband and I have purchased vehicles with the help of Jim Isaacson in the past and returned to Dahl Ford to again work with him. First of all, I bought my Ford Focus from here and when I got it home I could see the trunk latch had been DUCT TAPED and shockingly enough started giving me fits within a week of ownership. I returned to Dahl only to be told I had to pay $200 before the warranty would cover. I had my car serviced there about 3 times and each time I left there was a new problem. I purchased a new Focus from a dealer out of town and now I have a letter stating some part has been recalled. I work about 20 feet from the Dahl dealership but I'm calling Courtesy because this place is awful. The people were pleasant, the services rendered were the worst. Also I have no idea what employee I dealt with but I could not submit this review until I clicked on one. Sorry, Lisa. More

I went to Dahl Ford after seeing an F-250 on their website that I was interested in. I had previously met Bob Chase at a car show and made arrangements to meet with him to take a look at this truck. website that I was interested in. Both Javier Calleja and Mike Ohms were both incredibly friendly and very transparent about the entire process. It was my first time purchasing a new vehicle and previous dealerships that I have visited ha friendly and very transparent about the entire process. It was my first time purchasing a new vehicle and previous dealerships that I have visited have been too pushy and sometimes even rude. Everyone I had the pleasure of speaking with at the dealership was very welcoming. The entire process of doing a test drive, filling out the paperwork, having my questions answered, and everything else just seemed to go so smoothly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
