Some time elapsed and my skepticism Remained. However They extended themselves to rectify the situation, without blaming other parties. I’m very Pleased with my new Ranger, business manager Mike Ohmn and a favorable discount on the original price, Dahl has completely regained my trust and respect!. Well done!! More

I told him I basically wanted identical to what I had. I also told him what I needed for my trade in. When I went to see him the next day, he had a copy of my trade in window sticker, and had already been looking to locate the car. Within 4 days I was picking up my New Edge. It was spotless. He had everything set up for paperwork, walked me thru my new car options, and I was out of there in less than an hour. I was also pleased with what I got for my trade in. Brenton did a great job helping us build a truck on the computer, And then ordering it for us. It arrived five weeks early, we couldn’t be happier. Service department rip off! Took my truck in to them due to a airbag recall. I figured while it was there I cld get the gate latch fixed due to it cracking a couple weeks ago an Took my truck in to them due to a airbag recall. I figured while it was there I cld get the gate latch fixed due to it cracking a couple weeks ago and haven't had time to fix it myself. The service department wanted to charge me $180 to diagnose the problem with the latch, which was clear as day what the problem was. Then wanted to charge me $200 to replace the latch. I just ordered the part for $25 and going to do it myself, saving me over $350. Rip off artist! More
