He was very professional as he walked me through the valuation of my vehicle and presenting different vehicles that might be of interest to me. After a bit of negotiation with Gunnar and his team we found a vehicle and a deal that exceeded my expectations. NEW CUSTOMER AT DAHL FORD Well, Ike did it again. That's twice in 3 months. My grandson came to pick me up on 3/23/2019, in his well battered used car so we could make a trip Well, Ike did it again. That's twice in 3 months. My grandson came to pick me up on 3/23/2019, in his well battered used car so we could make a trip to auto zone to see why the "check engine" light came on 4 days ago. It was all bad news and the list of problems was long. We had a lower budget so we shopped all day at those corner lots to try to come up with something better than what he had. Finally, after coming up short, I said lets go out to Dahl Ford and talk to Ike. We left with a 2009 Ford Escape and my Grandson is beyond happy. The transaction went well beyond the closing time to seal the deal and no one complained even though our purchase was not high end. I kept apologizing to Ike and offering to come back the next day, but he wouldn't have it and gave us the time we needed. The next day, I got a message from my Grandson saying how much he loved the car. Thank you for adopting my Grandson into the Dahl Ford Family. More
