When I scheduled appt. I asked if they'd update the Navigation system and they said yes they would. When I got to Service Center they advised they wouldn't and I'd have to I asked if they'd update the Navigation system and they said yes they would. When I got to Service Center they advised they wouldn't and I'd have to do update at home. That was the main reason I took appt. Very unhappy about that. Also when time to pay for service was asked if I knew about 2 percent fee for using credit card. I did not. I don't walk around with the cash that this service charged so got penalized an additional fee. Doubt I'll come here again. Wife has appt next week for her '24 CRV. I'll be warning her of my experience. More
