Lindsay's very cordial and did arrange for a price discount for a failed original battery. When i called to schedule, I was advised that 7:30 am was the only appointment available, but that I could wa discount for a failed original battery. What I arrived , I was then advised that the battery installer would not arrive until noon and that it would be about 2:00pm for completion. I was given a shuttle ride home. I returned about 2:15 to find my vehicle in the service area with the hood up and what appeared to be a new battery. I was advised that it was not. I returned to the waiting room . At about 2:45 I was advised that the vehicle was ready. The battery works very well, but my extended experience was not anticipated. More
