We limped to La Crosse & Brian @ Dah We were on a trip from Florida to La Crosse for our son's wedding. South of Madison we were sideswiped by a semi. We limped to La Crosse & Brian @ Dahl's greeted us & said he could help. The following day he called me to give me an estimate. We drove into his shop Tuesday at closing time with a Ford Escape that had some bad mechanical damage to the right side. He ordered parts on Wed, fixed it on Thurs & it was delivered back to us Fri noon safe to drive back to FL on Sunday after the wedding. Brian & his team at Dahl's turned a disaster into the absolute best customer services I have ever had. Anyone that is considering service with the sale should go to Dahl's. On the way back to FL my cell phone rang - it was Brian asking how the car was running. He not only did what he said he would do, but more. Thank you!! More

LOVING my Black Beauty I stumbled across a beautiful Black Ford Edge in Onalaska, and within hours Gene was able to get the vehicle to La Crosse for me to test drive. After the test drive I was pretty sure I wanted the vehicle but needed time to think. Gene was very patient & helpful with answering all of my questions. After driving the vehicle again I was sold... but had a few additional concerns. Gene took care of them all for me and even started referring to the car as Black Beauty.
