I have met sales people who show no interest in helping you. Not kyle, I give him easily a 5 star (10/10) Jim was amazing, friendly and full of energy. Even after showing me the pile of papers I had to go through he still took his time and we completed the forms at my pace. The day after I asked Jim to send me a summary of all the additionnal protection I added to my car and in less than 10 minutes I received a very friendly email with all the details. 5 stars easily for Jim as well! In a phrase: I do recommend Kyle and Jim and if you are looking to buy a car you honestly should give them a chance. I am certain that they will impress you as well. More

My experience with Dahl went exactly how buying a car should be. I had done my research and I knew pretty much what I wanted when I walked in the door. I was not pressured into anything specific, but I was given many options. Jeff was great. He made himself available to answer all of my questions. At no point was I shoved aside or avoided. I had very specific requests when it came to color, options, etcetera and all of my requests were addressed. When Dahl did not have the exact vehicle I wanted on the lot, Jeff took the initiative to find it. My car was brought in from another state and was one of two in the entire Midwest that matched my request. Jeff followed through from start to finish and beyond. After signing papers and everything, Jeff walked out to the vehicle with me and was able to show me even things I hadn't known about the car. I contacted him even after the sale for assistance with the Hyundai "Bluelink" system. He took the time to walk me through and help me get everything working with the vehicle. I made an off handed comment while inside the showroom. I said that "this is exactly how buying a car should be." I stand behind that. Jeff and the team at Dahl made the experience very easy. They made the experience fun and enjoyable. I did not expect that. I, as so many often do, expected an adversarial frustrating buying experience. This was a very comfortable/easy process in trading vehicles. Our salesman was very informative, and truly seemed to care about getting us the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted. Kyle Dulek worked very hard to make sure that we knew all the conditions, and made if very clear how far they could move on the price. I feel that this deal was very reasonable. The salesman actually knew what he was talking about (car specs), which is unlike some of our previous experiences elsewhere. This also helped our decision in trading for this car. If I do not like the salesman, or the people I talked with, I simply will not be as interested. Also, our salesman was busy yet efficient during our trade. He always had some other guests to attend to, but we never felt impatient. It was great timing on Mr. Duleks part. I also enjoyed how they called everyone "guests". It was a subtle detail, but I think that it made us feel less like a target with money. This is a detail that I have not noticed anywhere else. We would not have wanted to buy this car from any other dealership, or from any other salesman. I would highly recommend this dealership and this salesman to anyone else. More
