Alex and Tony to the rescue. I was fortunate to be able to work with Alex and Tony from Dahl's. I was in an accident and needed a replacement car pretty quickly. Alex and Tony worked out a great deal for me on a used Suburu that has a great safety rating. Alex was conscientious to the fact that I had after the accident jitters when I did the test drive. He found an area that I felt more comfortable to do a test drive. He did a great job with explaining all the features in my new vehicle. I'm glad I decided to go there and feel safer driving my new Suburu with the safety features. This was my greatest concern in picking a new vehicle. More

She listened and took note about what we were looking for and over a period of 4-5 weeks she kept in touch and kept searching to find us a vehicle. We asked a lot of questions and if she didn't know she always took time to find the answer. We were upfront with her that we were shopping around in Madison and another dealership locally but she never put pressure on us or tried the typical sales tactics to promote why we should do business with her or Dahl. In the end she found us the PERFECT car that had all the features we wanted (plus more!), was in our price point and had all the warranties that we wanted. We have peace of mind in knowing our Hyundai Elantra will be a reliable and efficient 2nd car for us (and possibly for our daughters when they start driving!).
