Kyle Was Excellent Kyle did a great job at helping me find the car I wanted. I was looking for a no-frills car that was going to last me a really long time. I ended up Kyle did a great job at helping me find the car I wanted. I was looking for a no-frills car that was going to last me a really long time. I ended up finding a Hyundai accent for $14,000 with a 5 year warrant. It was almost unheard of. The only negatives with my experience have been getting my title processed for my old car has been a hassle, and getting the 3m car wrap on the car took forever. I do not think the dealer can really affect either of these things more than they already have. I also wish salesmen would be more upfront about the stuff they are going to try to sell you after you commit to buying the car, so I could have had a better idea of how much I would actually end up spending on the total. That is an issue I have whenever I buy a car though. More

Worth the trip! I had decided I wanted a new 2017 Subaru Legacy after a test drive at the local Subaru dealership here in Madison, WI. Loved the car, disliked my sal I had decided I wanted a new 2017 Subaru Legacy after a test drive at the local Subaru dealership here in Madison, WI. Loved the car, disliked my sales experience there. So I called around to all dealers in a 3 hour radius of Madison to get quotes. Though this exercise, Jeff really stood out. As I required a trade-in of my 2011 Subaru Impreza for this purchase, he worked with the Dahl team to guarantee a trade-in value (considering I was accurate in my description of the vehicle condition), he also paid attention to the exact details of what I was looking for and didn't try to make a quick sale with inventory. Once we decided I needed to order a car, Jeff went ahead to do so but the delivery time from Subaru was much longer than anticipated. Because of this he found my exact car, already intended for delivery to dealer stock, and re-assigned the car to me and I ended up with the car even faster than if delivery timelines were normal. Come purchase day, the process was quick, painless, and smooth! All checked out with my trade-in, I received the negotiated trade-in value and I was on my way with my new legacy.
