When I arrived, each member of the team treated me warmly and with respect. They allowed me plenty of time to test drive and inspect the vehicle to my satisfaction - alone I might add with no salesman pressuring me. I then proceeded to negotiate directly with Lou and purchase the vehicle - a very fair, respectful, and in the end even enjoyable process. My experience is that Dallas Autos Direct buys the best available used vehicles at auction, brings them to excellent condition, and offers them for incredible value. The problem again when they had to keep the vehicle for a little while to get it checked out. I was Totally upset and started to think that maybe this dealership had pulled one over on me. After the manager Lou found out what was wrong with the vehicle he gave me a loaner vehicle until they could correct the issue with mine. As it turned out absolutely nothing was wrong with the vehicle It had just been sitting up for a while. Since then any issues or concerns that I have had with the vehicle which hasn't been any really, Vic in Lou have taken great care of me. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for reasonably priced luxury vehicle. More
