(this was my 3rd online out-of-state purchase and the 1st where all business was not conducted with exchange of Funds, I arrived before 10am so verification was not an issue with the cashier's check, so Ask questions if you do business Here.) I received title after 11 days and a few calls ( it was mailed on the 9th day, after I called ), but no Key, told they would ship separately, after a month I called still had not received, was told key was returned non-deliverable?? I asked what address it was sent to as Title was sent to home no problem, didn't get a response, and most importantly,, no one contacted me, there was an issue... They really need to work on Following up with their customers to make sure transactions go as they promise,, That should be someone's Job, There,, If you are concerned and want to keep repeat customers that is,,, also Most police depts. offer secure transaction rooms for online purchases if security is your concern, I had to purchase and program new keys due to their delay, and lack of attention to details. at over $300 it hurt but I couldn't risk just the one key, They have a lot of nice Automobiles and while I could give them a lower rating, Hadi did get me a key on 7/8/16 it won't work with my car now, not sure why, might be due to new key purchase and programming as dealership took both keys in june. I hope they make changes and improve their service after the sale, but they don't make the cars if you do your research you may find a good deal here, just know that going in. More

I was sort of skeptical from the mixed reviews, but I am happy I came to Dallas Autos Direct to form my own opinion. They are an open book company! Family owned business that allowed me to test drive the car and take the car to a mechanic of my choice to inspect it. Honestly I thought the car was going to need a lot of work because they were selling it so cheap. Surprisingly the inspection went great. The overall condition was in great shape and the shop "recommended" front brakes and rotors. I showed the report to Hadi, one of the owners, and he sent the car to their mechanic shop and got brake service done in a few hours. Overall this dealership has the best prices and quality cars. They deserve more positive reviews. How can you call a place a scam that allows you to take the car to your own mechanic and offer you a warranty for a used car? Thank you all for the help!! We will be seeing you soon to trade my wife's Chevy for a Lexus. More

Very bad customer service I purchased a used car, which ended up having an oil leak and an emissions leak. Shady ...went there today to check out a Mercedes E350. Found one I liked, gave them my drivers license and insurance to take a test drive. They made a copy, had me sign it and off we went. Came back, took a closer look at the car, car had three different size tires on it. Found a few other minor problems as well. Brought this to their attention, they said they would take $700 bucks off. Discounted price was still higher than Kelly Blue book so we passed. Before we left, I asked for the copy of my license and insurance card back. It was not to be found. We would not leave until we got it back, they had no need for my personal information as I had chosen not to do business with them. They pulled out several files containing the signed test drives from previous days, with other people's personal information. I wondered why they kept them? They had again have no need for them. . They claimed they were going to view camera footage to see what happened to our paperwork. They would not show us the video, they came out after reviewing the 'video' and claimed my paperwork had been shredded. By whom and why? They couldn't answer, it didn't add up. We waited an hour and fifteen minutes for them to give us back our information and I finally said I was going to call the police and I did. About two minutes later, they came out with my paperwork, hand ripped into pieces. Not shredded. Where was it all this time? No answer. I was just glad to get the heck out of there but the entire experience left me asking what else is going on there. Shady.... More

You can't really expect to buy a perfect used car anyways, but overall every car I looked at was serviced as well as cosmetically taken care of. Very impressed and I will return to buy the wife's next SUV here. More
