You gave us a deposit to hold the vehicle so it won’t be sold before you can make it down to our dealership and see it in person, you came in and saw the vehicle and was okay with whatever imperfection it had. You knew what you were buying before you signed a legal binding contract. It's very disappointing when someone claims that we cheat and deceive customers out of their money and sell them cars that aren't in safe or good condition, when in reality the customer is the one who is deceiving and cheating. You submitted false information to us to obtain a vehicle loan from a bank, bank gave you a conditional approval based on you being 100% honest and transparent with them. They asked for your check stubs and you provided them, after they received all your documents and they did their research turns out that you misled us and them by not being truthful on the loan application and providing fake check stubs. You had our car over a week and caused us a lot of lost opportunities to sell the vehicle, added miles to the vehicle and in results of that the value of the vehicle depreciated. You caused more harm and loses then you can imagine. Despite all of that we still tried to help you by giving you credit toward the purchase of any vehicle of your choice as long as you pay for it in full.

I have been advised to not speak on certain aspects of this, but again, I had the car 7 days.. Let me explain to you my experience.. I found the Cadillac Cts coupe online.. I called and talk to Bryan, i do the credit app.. The next day i was contacted by the finance manager, i was never given an opportunity to work with a sales person, if i did, i probably would have gotten more insight.. The pictures online did not show the big gash in the front bumper, the cracked up emblem, the scratches, the bald tires, the shattered driver rearview mirror, the one headlight, it did show the screen hanging down off the dashboard, (but in your description, it did not say back up camera hanging from dashboard, cracked and does not work), it didn't show the cuts in the seats, by the 6th day the car was shaking and blowing white smoke.... When i talked to Vic about the car, he told me y'all had just got the car in like the day or so before i called about it.. The inspection was not even done.. Before the inspection was done he told me i could come pick up the car and drive it, then bring it back to be inspected, i said no, i would wait.. The day i went to pick up the car after i was told everything was a good, it was a Saturday and i was at a repass for my family, i didnt get to the lot until you guys were about to close.. I was literally rushed.. I did not get to look at the car or test drive it.. Vic was in so much of a rush cause he was ready to go home.. So much of a rush, he rushed me thru the paperwork, didnt give me any copies, almost sent me off the lot without the paper tags, told me it was scratches in the car he didnt know about so he had them try to clean them up.. I noticed the mirror was shattered and mentioned it to him, running away he said yall would take care of it.. Once i seen the car in the light the next day is when all the flaws was pointed out and noticed.. I live so far that i did not come check the car out before i put the deposit down.. Thats my fault.. But had i known this car had so many issues, i would not have looked at it twice. When i thought i was approved, i said well the cosmetics i could deal with because i thought i was binded by contract, but the safety things, i needed fixed, the only reply i got was "i"ll see what i can do".. i knew then this would be a problem, so i decided i was going to turn the car back in.. I had the car 7 days.. The fact is you guys didnt even take the time out to inspect it, clean it up good, check the tires, check it for safety, or make sure it was raod ready before you posted on your website to sale.. again i had the car 7 days, the posting for the car never changed, i didnt have it long enough for you to update anything.. I even had to put gas in the car when i left the lot.. You guys dealings with me were just unprofessional all the way around.. I would not recommend you guys to anyone else to be treated like this.. After dealing with you guys unprofessionalism, and seeing the other vehicles on your lot with hail damage and other cosmetic issues, there was no way i was going to do anymore business with you guys.. I took my business elsewhere to a dealership with honest people with integrity, and cars that are worthy of the road..

You came out here and saw the vehicle in person, there is clear pictures of the entire vehicle, bumpers, tires, mirrors, seats, and the camera was never listed as an included option because the vehicle wasn't equipped with a factory camera, vehicle was detail and inspected before you picked up the vehicle and it passed state inspection with no issues, if the vehicle needed tires, or a headlight wasn't truly working then the vehicle wouldn't have passed state inspection. If all your saying is true you should have brought the vehicle back the very next day not wait until the bank kicked the deal back for falsified documents and you where forced to bring it back. Per Fire code in out city since we store the vehicles in an enclosed space its against the law to have more then 2 gallons of fuel in the vehicle.

U guys are very dishonest, and insist on telling lies.. I have pictures i can post of the condition of the car.. I also wondered the same thing on how it passed inspection with the tires, the cracked mirror, and 1 headlight.. I dont even know who you are, and had no dealings with you so how can you tell me when i saw the car.. THE FIRST TIME I SAW THE CAR WAS WHEN I PICKED IT UP THAT SATURDAY MARCH 30, I HAD IT 7 DAYS BECAUSE YOU GUYS TOLD ME I WAS APPROVED FOR A LOAN, WHEN I WAS ONLY CONDITIONALLY APPROVED, VIC CALLED ME THAT THURSDAY THERE WAS A ISSUE WITH THE FINANCING, I DECIDED I WAS GOING TO BRING THE CAR BACK THAT SATURDAY APRIL 6, I HAD THE CAR 7 DAYS AND NOW I HAVE TO GO BACK AND FORTH OVER MY DOWN PAYMENT.. Period. The car was not ready for sale! You bought it and put it online for sale, no inspection. It didnt get inspected until i was about to pick it i Up.. You should have inspected the car, checked it over, then posted it for sale.. It had to be driven over 200 miles to pass inspection, so therefore the mileage you posted was even a lie.. I dealt with one person, and one person only.. I didn't deal with management until i turned the car in.. Lou asked Vic in front of me and another witness if he looked anymore into the financing and he said No, because he was waiting on me to make a decision on what i wanted to do, and i decided to turn the car back in because of its condition.. Again..I HAD THE CAR 7 DAYS.. I have pictures, i would be more than happy to post them if you would like to see the condition in which you guys tried to sell this car.
