They broke my USB port and refused to fix it. I took my 2022 Chrysler Pacifica in for a recall software update. They pulled the dash insert out of my USB-C port on the dash and refused to fix it. To add insult to injury, the software update was done wrong (or not at all) and my backup camera quit working. The update should have taken 10 minutes ... I had an appointment ... I was there for 2 hours and 40 minutes. After I pointed out the damage it took them three days to return my phone call. Incompetent and irresponsible. More

No one from the service desk talked to me after taking my key. I was there only for oil change and it took more than two hours. Craig in the service department is PHENOMENAL. I dropped my car off on Wednesday and it was ready for pickup on Thursday. He had me feeling like I was at a Sewell Cadillac dealership.
