I did not ever receive a reply from my repeated emails to Derek Johnson. This appears to be a template reply for negative reviews to appear as if customer service is a concern for the dealership. Disappointing, but not surprising given our experience with them. We switched car makes as a result of this and have been exceedingly pleased with the service at Sewell.
