I seriously don’t think you understand what trauma occurred for my family because your service department employees failed to respond or communicate for weeks at a time. As a result of dragging their feet, by not responding back we lost jobs and more importantly we we’re dependent on your service department to communicate with our warranty company to get a rental car while they worked on the car. Of course that didn’t happen because according to them they didn’t know what was wrong with the vehicle. We tried to let them know what we thought the issue was but your service manager told us that they couldn’t take it in consideration. It’s ironic that since we purchased a new battery the car is working. I’m baffled by this. This has been too traumatic for me and the only thing that I would want is to recover some of the excessive fees that was spent to pick up the car.
