Aftermarket accessories or modifications to vehicle that are non - manufacture components delay, or we are unable to perform maintenance request etc. Aftermarket lug nuts are not standard, can cause damage to the part without the proper aftermarket tool for the modifications added, not standard specifications. When we took the truck back to the dealership the next day they rotated the tires, as they should have done the first time, because again, my wheels do not require a different aftermarket tool to remove, as they saw when we took it back.
