Usually great service but not today. The SA didn't really listen. I told him I had a coupon for the oil change and he didn't note that. When my vehicle was done , he didn't even let me know so I don't know how long my paperwork was at the cashier's desk before I went to ask about it. There was only one person at the desk because one of the ladies left to get lunch. Again, I usually have a good experience with the service department but not today. More

Disappointed didn't rotate my tires when asked and the technician didn't try after asked to do it a second time. We had to bring truck back for rotation after speaking with a manager.
