I have been to dealer 2x for a speaker to be replace. Going back for a 3rd time. Hopefully 3rd time is a charm. 1st time car was there 2 weeks. This time 2 days. For an one day speaker replace. Cause the part is back ordered. I would have to wait for weeks again. For it to come in. The service advisor are nice people. Just feel that most people with jeeps. Are paying luxury car prices, but do not get luxury service. More

Absolutely worst experience ever again Waco is absolutely the worst to deal with from communication to the way he talks to the customers is absolutely disgusting I would not advise anyone take their vehicle the worst to deal with from communication to the way he talks to the customers is absolutely disgusting I would not advise anyone take their vehicle to this dealership they have now had my truck for 24 hours to replace the batteries under warranty and have yet to communicate with me. I want to start off by saying this is an honest review from an honest customer. This is the second time I bought a vehicle from Dallas Dodge and I will keep coming back here. The salesman I worked with wa from an honest customer. This is the second time I bought a vehicle from Dallas Dodge and I will keep coming back here. The salesman I worked with was Jalen. He was very professional and I can truly say he will work for you to get a deal. I spent a couple of days on the phone with him going back-and-forth but ultimately he continued pushing management to get the price I was looking for. Like I said before I am very pleased with Dallas Dodge and I will continue purchasing vehicles through them and also, if anybody asks I will refer them to Dallas Dodge as well.
