Chris Moore was hands on and supportive throughout my entire new car buying experience. He understood the logistics and stress of buying out-of-state could place on the buyer and did all he could to wel entire new car buying experience. He understood the logistics and stress of buying out-of-state could place on the buyer and did all he could to welcome my husband to the dealership and answered any questions and concerns. Chris worked in tandem with myself, the actual owner of the new Jeep even though I did not travel to Dallas with my husband. I had not been a new car buyer in 23 years and was overwhelmed at the thought of buying not to mention buying from another state. I placed my trust in both my husband and Chris to make both the trip to Texas and the purchase worth all that went into it. Kudos to Chris for spending over 3 hours indulging my husband as he scoured over the Jeep and went down a check list that the wife provided! Chris also provided us with the name of a vehicle delivery company that also earned 5 Stars! The delivery from Texas to North Carolina was quick and my Jeep was treated responsibly both while on the road and in its delivery. I would recommend the enclosed truck delivery system every time and I would also recommend Dallas Dodge and Chris Moore to anyone, anywhere looking for a Jeep And a great sales experience. More

Purchased a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee 2 months ago (May). Purchasing experience was great, the sales man did an amazing job throughout the whole process. Within a month and a half we received notice of a recall, sure those things come with it. The service department is terrible. The first attempt of taking the vehicle for service the man we approached with to discuss our booked appointment had the worst customer service, slouched, and spoke to us as if he was unhappy to be there. My promaster van has been at Dallas dodge for 31 days to date for a replcaement ignition switch with lazer key. Not once have I recevied an update from them nor Dodge headquarters. I will never ever take my date for a replcaement ignition switch with lazer key. Not once have I recevied an update from them nor Dodge headquarters. I will never ever take my truck there again for service. I bet if i owed money on truck and quit making payments until they got it foxed, i bet it would be fixed quickly. Why would anyone take your vehicle here for service when it takes more than a month to make a key. To this date there is still no time table and no one has any answers. If i could leave negative stars, i would. More
I was disappointed in the service I received getting an oil change. My appt was at 1pm. At around 3:40 the service employee comes to tell me they haven't started on my vehicle because they can not get the oil change. My appt was at 1pm. At around 3:40 the service employee comes to tell me they haven't started on my vehicle because they can not get the hood locks open. I told him they're not locked. He questioned me and I stated I know for certain they're not locked because Platinum Dodge broke the key a long time ago. At around 4:05 the vehicle was ready. They managed to get the oil change done after all. It took 3 hours for this to be done and not even an apology. I really have to question the mechanics competency. If he can't simply open the hood could he have forgotten to put the plug back in? I'm not usually one to fuss but this was very frustrating and unacceptable in my opinion. More
