But lucky thanks to the ppl up in here, greeting me jumping out the truck, noticing I’m quite a mess, letting me know not to worry and they’ll take care of me while I go sit down and wait! Man, they got coffee, water, a bunch of chargers up in there, and very comfy chairs! No lie, I xxxx near didn’t go back to work, it was nice up in this place! Too bad I gotta get back to work with my bosses truck! Quite, peaceful, and well mannered employees! Next thing I know, George your truck is ready! Man, I can’t wait for my bosses next oil change, and tires rotation! Great job guys, ya’ll keep up the hard work! More
Dealership is okay but some individuals working there are so guffy or brain damage, I can't believe that this person was showing me someone else vehicle problems and even if I was trying to tell him that my so guffy or brain damage, I can't believe that this person was showing me someone else vehicle problems and even if I was trying to tell him that my pickup didn't had those problems he was insisting that my pickup arrived with an engine light on, low tires pressure, bad c.converter and a bad oxygen sensor and the estimate costs was $2400.00. I went to xxxx trying to make Mr. Vincent understand that all that was wrong information, until I convinced him that he was showing me someone else car and someone else problems. Mr. Vincent needs to find another job or another agency to work for because he descredited this agency and probably it will make not to buy a Dodge Chrysler product on my near future. His actions,his bad information and his stupidity almost caused me to collapse with a heart attack and to call an ambulance to pick me up from this agency. More
Poor communication and the diagnostic and advise I was given caused much more damage to my vehicle than the original issue for which I brought it in. I only received updates if I called in. Horrible service! Please stay away! They didn't fix my jeep, had it over a month. They had the nerves to send me an email after I picked up may vehicle , stating there Please stay away! With all of the test driving they stated they did, it was likely that the nail was their fault. What started as a $200 diagnostic ended up costing $800 to pick up my car that they didn't fix. On top of that I had to purchase a brand-new battery the next day after I picked it up. The service department is trash!!! They hold on to your vehicle for excessive amount of time and don't communicate with their customers. You have to constantly call asking about your vehicle. More
