I brought my jeep in with an AC issue. I was told I would have it back that day, 2 days max. I was able to finally pick up the jeep 8 days later. I understand things happen. I would like to recommend Shannon in Service. She finally resolved a 4 month long issue we were having. For 4 months we were treated unsatisfactory.
