I haven’t purchased a used car in some time, but in order to get the exact specifications I wanted this time around that’s what I needed to do, so off to AutoTrader to look around. Most of the cars I was looking at were several thousands of dollars higher, or really rough. I drove an SQ5 with less miles a year newer, at a local Audi dealer, that they should’ve been ashamed to put on their lot. Ultimately my search lead me to Dallas Lease Returns, the car was higher miles than I wanted, but when I saw it, it had been well taken care of, to the point that it drove, rode and looked better than the aforementioned car at the Audi dealer. Christian Hall ended up being our sales manager, he was no pressure, negotiated openly and just showed me the numbers in a clear way, how much I could get for my trade, how much they could work on their price. At the end of the day I was sad to get rid of my trade, I loved that car, but needed something roomier for my family. Christian made the process effortless, and if I look for a used car in the future, they’ll be my first stop. More
