Over 19 years ago Dallas Lease Returns decided to change the way car buying is done. They lowered overhead and teamed up with affiliated leasing companies to cut out the "Dealer Only" auto auctions by offering one-owner, off-lease vehicles direct to the public for 45 days. No longer would you have to deal with high prices, pushy salesmen, and confusing finance managers- prices would be fair and the only vehicles offered would be to the highest standard.
Today, DLR has completed over 10,000 transactions becoming the DealerRater National Dealer of the year for 2023 and the DealerRater Texas Dealer of the year for 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, & 23. DLR and its partners have been featured in many local and National publications including Auto Dealer Monthly, Vehicle Leasing Today, Dallas Morning News, and Fort Worth Business Press to name a few, and even appear in eBay marketing ad campaigns.

This was my second experience with Dallas Lease Returns the first being so wonderful I knew where to go when I decided to buy again. Luckily for me, Roel Ortiz was there to greet me. I can't say enough good things about my experience. I told him what I was looking for and within hours he shared information on a car that I now love! He has been extremely responsive, upfront with any issues and worked very hard to ensure my buying experience felt right. I worked with Chris on purchasing a 2017 Raptor for sale that was already pending a sell to another potential buyer. Chris was extremely helpful, and continued to keep me up to date as I was the 2nd in lin that was already pending a sell to another potential buyer. Even though Chris knew the likelihood was high the other buyer would follow through with the purchase, he still took the time to provide frequent updates to keep me informed.
